Welcome to my website.
A few years ago I quit a PR career to become a full time healer. Why? Because my childrens’ chronic health changed my life and made me look at what is important.
I spent years studying how to achieve the best health for my family and I now want to help others find the peace, balance and happiness that I found thanks to Reiki, Craniosacral therapy, Homeopathy and Meditation.
I am very passionate about helping people back to health and I am lucky to work with many amazing families and enjoy being a part of the progress they make.
I believe our body has an innate ability to heal itself, however due to the hectic pace of life we don’t always find time to sit in stillness and give it the opportunity to.
My role as a therapist is to listen to your body in a safe, comfortable, loving, supportive and non judgmental way in order to kick start the healing process.
I practice Reiki and Craniosacral therapy from my clinic in Moorgate but I also do home visits for those who are not able to travel to the clinic for medical reasons such as Autism which is an area that I specialise in due to first hand experience with my son. I have treated over 100 families with children with Autism.
I have written a summary of each treatment below, but if you would like more information on what I can offer in more depth please have a look at the FAQ. You might also want to read what some of my clients have to say about how they feel I have helped them.
Reiki is an energy that flows through all living things. The name derives from the Japanese word Rei: “Universal life” and Ki: “life force energy” and describes a system of natural healing founded by Dr Mikao Usui in the early 20th century.
If our “life force energy” is low or becomes stuck , we are more likely to get sick or suffer from stress and discomfort. When energy flows freely there is balance and harmony within and around us and we experience well-being and happiness.
My role as a Reiki therapist is to act as a channel of “Universal life energy” to activate the natural healing processes of your body and to trigger the process which helps it restore your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Craniosacral Therapy originates from the research and work of American osteopath, Dr William Sutherland. It is led by the osteopathic concept of body work, addressing misalignment, restriction and imbalance in the patient’s system, to restore health.
It is very gentle and non invasive yet it is an extremely powerful form of treatment which is increasingly recognised by doctors for the depth of its influence and its ability to resolve issues that are not resolved by any other conventional treatments.
It is an integrated approach to health, with an awareness of various levels of our being (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) and offers the stillness needed to achieve optimum health. It is a profound healing process which can release the deeply held patterns of disease which accumulate throughout our life as a result of injury and illness and become held into the body tissues, leading to ill-health.
My role as an experienced Craniosacral therapist is to support your body’s innate ability to balance, restore and heal itself. By ‘listening’ to your body it is possible for me to detect and release tensions in a gentle, supported and comfortable way.
